In 1986, after a successful career with a “Big Five” national firm and a stint as director of the largest non-national firm in Arizona, Paul Rambeau set out to create a different kind of practice. Founder Paul Rambeau has over 30 years of experience in the accounting profession.

He has authored thought leadership pieces in national tax journals such as Taxation for Accountants and Taxation for Lawyers. He speaks at professional seminars, including the annual Institute on Taxation, and is a former technical coordinator for the Phoenix Tax Workshop.

Paul ranked in the top 1% of his class and received Outstanding Graduate honors at Arthur Andersen and Company’s tax and audit school. Senior shareholder Penny Heinz has the distinction of receiving the third-highest score in Arizona on the CPA exam.
